Hasiba Akbarzai
Nursery Manager
Hasiba begun her journey working early years whilst completing her studies, and has carried out every role you can think of within a nursery!

With a varied background in nurseries both in affluent and deprived areas, Hasiba is determined to offer a high quality, nurturing and joyous early years provision for children and families from all walks of life.
​
Alongside her role as manager, Hasiba is driven to deliver her role as DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) and SENCo (Special Educational Needs and/or Disability Coordinator) to a high standard. She values and understands the impact, barriers and challenges children and families face on a daily and works to ensure that they are supported throughout their early years.
​
Outside of work you will definitely find her creating fashion and design boards on pinterest, reading a book, going on hikes and watching movies!​

Akhlima Begum
Deputy Manager
Akhlima's dedication, commitment and deep passion for early years, has supported and pushed her to move up within nursery roles, quickly after qualifying. She juggles being a deputy manager and toddler room lead amazingly!
​
Akhlima believes in providing children with the best start in life and laying the foundations for future success. As a SENCo she adores supporting children with additional needs and has a keen motivation to support those with English as an additional language.
​
Akhlima never tires of the children's funny conversations and their many stories! ​

In her personal time, she is busy online shopping and binge watching dramas!

Preschool Lead
Linda has dedicated herself to early years teaching since 1984 and has been on an incredible journey with children's centres and nurseries since.
​
Linda is also qualified in Speech and Language therapy support, thus has a strong passion for supporting children speech, language and communication development. She is also adores providing new experiences for children to understand the world and appreciate every moment.
Linda's wealth of experience, coupled with her tranquil character, serves as a positive role model for children and adults alike.

Linda enjoys spending her personal time with family, reading and gardening!

Shumi Begum
Rising 3's Lead
Shumi qualified in 2021 and has since been driven to delivering high quality care and education.
​
Shumi's bright personality allows all the children she care for to develop a strong and secure attachment, they just love being around her!
​
She adores seeing the world through the eyes of children and exploring the development of their personalities.
​
In her personal time, Shumi is busy caring for her many cats and booking her next holiday getaway. She loves travelling around the world!

Fozia Ali
Babies Lead
Fozia is a Lancashire native, who has called Birmingham her home since 2014.
Qualifying in 2008, Fozia has been a part of nursery life both in Lancashire and Birmingham.
​
Fozia's positive, warm and loving personality are focal in her passion for supporting babies. She finds joy in appreciating their small but mighty achievements.
​
When she isn't busy with her children, Fozia loves going to the gym, cooking and listening to music!
Tyan Rouse
Preschool Staff
Tyan qualified in 2024 and has always wanted to be part of early years.
​
She loves being a part of children's development and growth, and learning new skills herself along the way.
​
Outside of work you'll find her spending time with friends, listening to music or engaging in creative arts!

Nafisa Patterson
Toddler Staff
Nafisa qualified in 2019 and has since worked in nurseries, supporting children from a range of backgrounds.
​
Nafisa is a bubbly and bright individual who loves to bring her positive energy to the children's everyday experiences. She loves to be children's safe space and values the impact and importance of strong and healthy early attachments for children.
​
Nafisa loves to go on adventures and spend time with her son. She enjoys zooming off to her next family holiday destination.
Nasren Wasao
Babies Staff
Nasren qualified in 2013, whilst juggling her studies and being a full time mom, an accomplishment in itself!
​
Nasren is determined to find a range of different ways to support children in becoming the best versions of themselves. Nasren loves learning and developing herself as a professional, thus she supports children to build their own self confidence and a positive attitude towards learning.

In her personal time she loves swimming and going on adventurous yet relaxing walks!

Nicola Southall
Toddler Staff
After 16 years of experience and a background in adult care, Nicola ventured a change and motivated herself towards her passion for working with young children. She qualified as level 2 in 2023 and has since challenged herself with Level 3, working towards becoming fully qualified!
​
Nicola loves to see children accomplish their milestones and obtain new skills, her eagerness to progress and challenge herself can be seen in the way she guides children through new experiences.
​
Nicola is a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She adores swimming, trips to the farm and family fun days out!

Megan Deans
Rising 3's Staff
Megan recently achieved her Level 2 in Early Years with distinction! She is now moving on to her next challenge pursing her Level 3!
​
Megan is driven in ensuring children have the best educational support, and loves to see children reach their individual milestones. The children love being around her fun, energetic and bubbly character.

In her personal time Megan loves reading, playing chess, crocheting and spending quality time with family & friends!
Madison Randall

Madison has achieved her Level 2 in Early Years and is pursing her Level 3!

Madison loves support each individual child to reach their full potential. The children love her calm, patient and loving character.

Alia Zahir
Bank Staff
Alia has been qualified since 2008 and continues to love every moment of her time within the world of Early years!
​
Alia loves supporting children with additional needs and seeing them progress in their very own unique way. Alia's understanding character allows her to adapt herself to meets the needs of each child in the most suitable way for them.
​
Alia loves going home to her son, spending time with family and cooking delicious meals.
