Messy Play Workshop

This terms family workshops focus was the importance of messy play, expressive arts and creativity. Research shows that messy play within the early stages of a child's life is vital in supporting their development. It supports in laying the foundations for strong cognitive development, builds on their natural curiosity, allows them to use their senses to understand the world around them and offers them a integrated learning experience which accommodates all 7 areas of learning and development.
